During the "school year", we have planned learning activities. Our day is routine and lightly structured, I keep meals and nap times on a consistent time schedule. Our home is smoke-free, pet-free, clean and well-organized, while still being welcoming and comfortable. There is plenty of grassy area for running and playing. Our backyard offers outdoor fun for all! The yard is enclosed with a 6' privacy fence and the play area is mulched with lots of play equipment. This provides a fun and safe area that is just for the children. We have a wonderful playroom for the children. I strive to ensure a safe, nurturing, and homelike environment for the children in my care. I fell into child care by accident, but after all these years, I still find it a fun way to spend each day! As the years went by, my children went to middle school, high school, and have finished college, and I still have "children at home". My plan was to enter the work force after the children began kindergarten, but, before they began kindergarten, another family in the neighborhood needed child care. I began by caring for a neighbor's child while I was at home with my own young children. I have been providing child care in my home for 35 years.

Therefore, I literally knew everything that was going on with my peanut and she sent me pictures throughout the day and would respond to my texts letting me know she is having a great time or sometimes a rough day, which I absolutely love to receive! She also had a great job at keeping in touch with parents and letting them know when a sub would be there that day. She also made sure that the daily logger AP was up to a live feed. Frances I felt at ease knowing how great her care is and how happy my daughter and all of the other students were and that made it a little easier. Being a first time mother leaving my daughter in someone else's care was never easy, but leaving her with Miss. She exudes a very loving and nurturing vibe, and my little one always had the brightest smiles for her at drop off! Having worked in child care myself, I have very high expectations. She incorporates art and music as well as physical activity! She also does a great job at incorporating christian values and teaching about the bible, which I absolutely love! She also includes great structure and schedule based days which are wonderful. She has it set up for both learning and play and does a great job incorporating language and literacy development even at early ages! She sees the importance of both structured activities and free play. Each child has there very own pack n play for sleeping and very own high chair for eating that she provides. She provided ORGANIC breakfast, lunch and two snacks a day. There is a playroom that is gated for the safety of the little ones to explore freely, a separate nap area and they eat all together in the kitchen.
I honestly cannot say enough positive things about our experience with her! Her house is literally set up for childcare! It's impeccably clean and open. Frances took care of my infant daughter for several months.
